What is my current topic?
*"Controling and calming down one's mind during physical activity can cause advanced result?" is my current topic. It is about controling one's mind's can effect on result. So i want to find some actual results in sport games and some thesis about controling's effect. Also My essay will be about that and i will use real examples like mine, friend's, sport players.

* In my case, when i concentrate in exercising or doing sports, I think i can do well and have a good score. So i already think that controling and calming down one's mind during physical activity can cause advanced result. And i already know that concentration can improve results, calming down
control human's mind.

I will give a real instances when people can fill their reinforced pyhsical ability and have a better record in sport game.3. I think opponents will say better result and concentration or calming down are not related, they are just coincidence. I think opponents will say concentration is just one way of mental controling and it is seemed that itinfluence one's ability and results.5.
